Workflows Overview

Use Glyphe's Workflows to complete common tasks quickly and consistently without needing to write detailed prompts.

Workflows are designed to simplify how you interact with Glyphe by guiding you through structured, step-by-step processes.

Instead of writing complex prompts, Workflows collect the necessary inputs for you — documents, instructions, or selections — and generate high-quality task-specific outputs.

Accessing Workflows

Navigate to the bottom of the navigation pane in the left sidebar to browse available Workflows, or use the File menu on the Desk.

Using Workflows

Steps

  1. Select a Workflow that matches your task.
  2. Follow the on-screen steps to provide required inputs. This may include uploading files, entering text, or selecting options.
  3. Add files from multiple sources where available:
    • Upload local files.
    • Select documents from your Workbench.
  4. Click Generate to start the Workflow.

After the Workflow Runs

Once complete, you can:

  • Toggle between the Workflow "layer" of the document on your Desk to show the version that the Workflow outputs and the original version.
  • Check references. View any supporting materials or sources used in Assistant.
  • Refine outputs. Ask follow-up questions or request changes in Assistant using Quick Actions or through custom prompts.
  • Share and export. Share results with your team or export to Word or Excel.
  • Follow-ups. If you've completed a Review Workflow, you can typically continue by undertaking drafting requests on specific clauses where you've identified an issue or potential for amendment. For example, Glyphe will give you certain recommendations for amending the clause, and once you've selected the recommendations you'd like to accept, Glyphe can re-draft the clause in tracked changes.

Draft Editor in Workflows

For the Template Creation Workflow, you can edit outputs directly within Glyphe using the built-in draft editor. This allows you to refine documents without needing to export them first.

Technical Guidelines

Each Workflow is optimised for specific use cases and may have:

  • Supported file types.
  • File size or upload limits.

These limits may evolve over time.

Available Workflows

Below are examples of common Workflows available in Glyphe.

General

  • Summarise the key Red-Flags. Upload a document (including marked-up documents) and generate a list of red-flag issues in a traffic-light system, along with recommendations for uplift.
  • Compare Documents. Upload two documents — a base document and your working document — and run a detailed compare between the legal positions. Glyphe will match the relevant clauses, identify gaps, and suggest uplifts to your working document based on the base document.
  • Draft from Template. Upload a template and supporting materials to generate a tailored draft with suggested edits.
  • Summarise Changes from Redlines. Upload a marked-up document and generate a summary of key changes.

Tips for Success

  • Choose the Workflow that best matches your task rather than starting from scratch.
  • Provide clear and complete inputs for more accurate results.
  • Use Workbench or connected systems to ensure consistent source material.
  • Review outputs carefully before final use.
  • Use follow-ups to refine or tailor results further.
